# EMPFLX > EMPFLX is an AI-assisted hiring platform for candidates and recruiters. People remain responsible for every hiring decision. ## Public pages - [EMPFLX](https://empflx.com/): CV parsing, candidate matching, shortlists and hiring workflows. - [For candidates](https://empflx.com/candidate/): Free candidate accounts, reusable CV-based profiles, relevant jobs, applications, interviews and offers. - [For recruiters](https://empflx.com/recruiter/): Candidate search, AI ranking, shortlists and hiring workflows. Plans are Startup, Pro, Business and Enterprise; eligible recruiters can start with a free trial. ## Capabilities and boundaries - Candidates can upload a readable PDF CV to help initialize their profile, then review and complete the extracted details. - Recruiters can search by career field, location and skills, and score up to ten candidates at a time. - Recruiters on Pro, Business and Enterprise can connect ChatGPT or compatible AI clients to manage positions, find and assess candidates, record their own assessments and send invitations. - Public jobs can be browsed through ChatGPT or a compatible AI client without an EMPFLX account. - Candidate external-AI access to account data requires an active candidate account and approved OAuth scopes. Candidates can manage their own profile and applications, explicitly apply to jobs, and respond to interviews or offers. No EMPFLX subscription is required for candidate access; the chosen AI client's terms and fees may apply. - Candidate and recruiter data, applications and documents require authentication and existing permissions. Public crawl access does not grant access to account data. - AI supports human review; it does not make final hiring decisions. ## Account entry points - [Sign in](https://app.empflx.com//login) - [Create a free candidate account](https://app.empflx.com//register?role=candidate) - [Register as a recruiter](https://app.empflx.com//register?role=recruiter) The public HTML pages are the primary reference. This file is a convenience for tools that support llms.txt; it is not an authentication or API specification.
